Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of grooming services including bathing, trimming, brushing, nail clipping, ear cleaning, and styling tailored to each dog’s breed and individual needs
- Handle dogs safely and confidently using proper animal restraint techniques to ensure their comfort and safety during grooming procedures
- Assess each pet’s health condition; communicate any concerns or abnormalities to the team or pet owners promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized grooming station, sterilizing tools and equipment regularly to uphold hygiene standards
- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining grooming procedures, offering pet care advice, and addressing client questions or concerns with enthusiasm
Experience
- Minimum 2 years grooming experience necessary
