We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Pet Groomer to join our team. As a Pet Groomer, you will work closely with pet owners to understand their grooming needs and deliver exceptional service while ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for the animals. 1 year experience or more required.
Duties
- Perform grooming services including bathing, brushing, trimming, and styling of various breeds of dogs and cats.
- Assess the condition of pets' coats and skin, identifying any health issues that may require attention.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with pet owners regarding grooming options, aftercare, and any observed concerns.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the grooming area, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitized.
- Handle animals safely and humanely, using proper restraint techniques when necessary.
- Stay updated on grooming trends, techniques, and products to provide the best service possible.
Experience
- Previous experience in pet grooming 1 or more years is required
- Familiarity with animal restraint techniques and general animal care practices is beneficial.
- Strong customer service skills to effectively communicate with pet owners and address their needs.
- A genuine love for animals and a commitment to their well-being is essential.
