Role Description The Production Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Middleport, NY. This position supports daily operations on the production floor, including assembling panelized components, operating machinery under supervision, and assisting with material handling and workflow. The Production Associate helps maintain organized production lines, monitors product quality, and follows safety procedures and company standards. The role involves working with team members to meet production schedules, adapting to changing tasks as needed, and supporting continuous improvement in manufacturing processes.
Qualifications
- Experience or strong interest in Production Assistance, supporting manufacturing processes and team workflows.
- Familiarity with Production Lines and ability to work efficiently in a structured, fast-paced environment.
- Basic Machine Operation skills, including safe use of production equipment and tools.
- Attention to detail and commitment to Quality Control to ensure products meet specifications.
- Easily Adaptable, with the ability to learn new tasks, follow instructions, and adjust to changing priorities.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift materials as required, and follow all safety guidelines.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and reliability; prior experience in construction or manufacturing is a plus.
