Role Description
This is a part time on-site role for a Barre Instructor for The Bar Method in Burbank, CA. The role involves leading barre classes, providing motivation and guidance to class participants, ensuring safety during workouts, and creating a positive and inclusive environment for all attendees.
Qualifications
- Experience in Barre, Pilates or relevant fitness instruction a plus but not required.
- Passion for helping others achieve their fitness and wellness goals
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends as needed
- Comfortable working in a team environment, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
