We’re seeking a Vice President, Technology Service Desk/On-Site Support professional to join our Work Place Technologies Team in Lake Mary, Florida.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
Serving as the senior leader of the desktop support team, setting the standard for exceptional client service through personal example
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
Desktop support and lead role in a large environment for 10 years
Hardware Break fix, software installation and troubleshooting
Microsoft Windows 11 and Mac OS management
Service Now, Remote Support, Customer service
Inventory management with occasional local travel
