Summary: Works with wire transfer manager and employees in receiving incoming and outgoing wire transfers. Works with wire transfer manager and employees in processing incoming and outgoing ACH files.   

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Sending and receiving wire transfers.
  • Receiving ACH files.
  • Sending out ACH origination files.
  • Balance GL accounts daily.
  • Balance dormant accounts ban control account.
  • Report dormant accounts to the state on an annual basis.
  • Maintains records from correspondent banks for Reg F reporting.
  • Assisting Cash Management companies with self-service Wire and ACH services.

Qualifications:

Education and/or Experience: Bachelor’s degree from a four year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 

Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or government regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. 

Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
