Position – IT Operations Administrator
Reports to - Chief Executive Officer

JOB SUMMARY
The IT Operations Administrator plays a critical role in maintaining the Bank’s technology infrastructure by overseeing vendor and third-party relationships, managing User Access and serving as System Administrator, functioning as the core relationship manager, overseeing the Bank’s disaster recovery and business continuity program, and ensuring compliance with information security policies and applicable laws and regulations, including the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act. The IT Operations Administrator serves as a member of the Risk Management and IT Steering Committee, Compliance Committee, and the New Project Sub-Committee. The successful candidate will interface regularly with Senior Management, the Network Administrator, and participate on other committees as assigned.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
1. Oversee the Bank’s Vendor and Third-Party Risk Management Program, including contract and lease safekeeping, maintenance of vendor due diligence documentation and risk assessment, and assessment/monitoring of risks associated with third party vendors.
2. Function as the Bank’s System Administrator and manage User Access reviews in collaboration with Internal Audit.
3. Coordinate with Human Resources and Department Managers to validate user access rights, including maintaining documentation in compliance with internal and external audit requirements.
4. Serve as the core relationship manager, including managing core and related system updates, annual calendar build, and system-generated notices.
5. Manage the Bank’s Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Program.
6. Develop and maintain key risk assessments, such as Vendor, Equipment, Security and Privacy, Software, and others as assigned.
7. Create and maintain key policies and programs, including Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery, Clean Desk, Cybersecurity, Incident Response Plan, Internet Access, IT Security, Microcomputer, Patch Management, Remote Access, Removable Media, Vendor Management, Information Technology and Network Services Backup Plan, IT Strategic Plan, Fixed Asset Program, Mobile Device Program, Wireless Networking Program, and others as assigned.
8. Manage audits performed by external vendors, including responding to request lists, fielding questions and developing appropriate responses.
9. Ensure compliance with the Bank’s policies and procedures.
10. Develop and present reports to the Risk Management and IT Steering Committee.
11. Stay informed of pertinent laws, regulations, best practices, and risk trends, advising Senior Management of changes that affect Bank policies and procedures.
12. Serve as liaison for regulatory examinations, including providing any requested information to examiners.
13. Maintain a thorough knowledge of all Bank products, services, procedures, policies and appropriate regulatory issues related to daily job functions.
14. Continuously monitor, evaluate, and assess significant new or changing services, processes, operations and control processes.
15. Stay abreast of recent software changes and associated regulatory pronouncements.
16. Maintain records according to regulatory record retention requirements.
17. Prepare reports or other presentation documents as required.
18. Maintain confidentiality of customer records.
19. Noise level is generally moderate.
20. Must be able to drive and possess a current driver’s license.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, equivalent banking experience can be substituted.
- Requires extensive banking experience, 7-10 years preferred.
