Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager based in Davie, FL. The Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, leading teams, and driving efficiency and productivity. This includes managing schedules, ensuring compliance with organizational policies, and fostering a positive, results-driven team culture. The Manager will also be tasked with developing strategies for improvement, analyzing performance metrics, and maintaining strong communication across departments to achieve company goals.

• Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills
• Experience in strategic planning and performance analysis
• Ability to ensure process compliance and enforce organizational policies
• Proficiency in Google Workspace
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
• Flexible, adaptive, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment
