D2587 - BFD Machine Operator; 3rd Shift (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM) September 3rd, 2025 - September 10th, 2025 Exempt/Non-Exempt: Non-Exempt Employment Type: Full Time Starting Pay Rate: $18.60 3rd Shift Differential: $2.50 Description: The Operator is expected to understand, engage, and assist in leading production activities for their assigned work area. The Operator oversees the Production process to ensure Human Safety, Product Safety, Product Quality, Sanitation, Efficiency and Environmental Compliance. Maintain consistent presence for assigned work area Visibility - "10' rule" with visitors and customers Complete daily checks and record data appropriately Consistently follow assigned schedule for breaks and lunches and assist with coordination for team Training and Development-assist and support team Continuous Improvement-work instructions and work orders Adhere to all policies- attendance, vacation, breaks, GMP's, Safety rules, etc. Required Skills: Have ability to function in multiple positions and aptitude to learn operation of machinery. Understand quality standards, follow those standards, and elevate concerns when processes are not functioning correctly Participate on ERT, Evacuation Team or other Safety Teams as needed Understand and utilize measurement systems and tools Demonstrate reasoning ability and critical thinking skills to resolve production issues and team member conflict.
