Position Summary
Do you love working with your hands, solving problems, and making a real impact on people’s daily lives? Whether you're a seasoned pro or have zero experience, The BAM Companies (BAM) wants you on our team! As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our communities running smoothly and looking flawless. With in-house certifications, hands-on training, and a team that truly supports your growth, this isn’t just a job—it’s a launchpad for your future.

All while delivering stellar customer service and creating a place our residents are proud to call home.
Duties/Responsibilities
(Don’t worry if you’re not familiar with everything here—we’ll teach you!)
- Knock out maintenance requests efficiently, with a smile and a great attitude.
- Get vacant apartments ready to impress future residents—think spotless, stylish, and move-in ready.
- Learn and grow as you tackle basic electrical work: circuits, outlets, switches, and lighting fixtures.
- Assist with community upkeep, including pool care (we'll show you how to check those chemical levels like a pro!).
- Help keep our outdoor spaces beautiful—landscaping, lawn care, snow removal—you name it.
- Stay on top of preventive maintenance and keep detailed records like a champ.
- Be a hero after-hours by providing emergency maintenance support.
- Work in a variety of settings—inside, outside, and everywhere in between.
- Embrace flexibility, including overtime and rotating on-call responsibilities.
Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the position's essential functions.
