What are the responsibilities and job description for the Attorney at Law position at The Baldwin Law Firm LLC?
Our firm is seeking an attorney to join our growing firm. The caseload will include a variety of immigration cases and criminal case representation. Attorney duties will include representing clients in immigration proceedings, interviews, preparing applications and legal pleadings, caseload management, etc. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, a team player, and a strong writer. Trial experience is required, but not necessarily in the field of immigration. Applicants MUST be a member in good standing with the Georgia Bar.
Required and preferred skills:
- Admittance to the state bar required
- Ability to handle a high caseload and a willingness to meet personally with all clients
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
