Working under general supervision, the incumbent applies foundational knowledge of insurance and construction risk management to deliver timely and accurate service to clients, contractors, and internal teams.

Primary Responsibilities
- Review and process contractor enrollment applications for wrap-up programs, ensuring compliance with program requirements.
- Issue certificates of insurance and maintain accurate records in agency management systems.
- Communicate with contractors, project managers, and internal teams to clarify enrollment requirements and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist in monitoring compliance for subcontractor insurance and wrap-up participation.
- Support senior team members in preparing wrap-up reports, audits, and close-out documentation.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
- Contribute to process improvements and recommend workflow enhancements for efficiency.
- Basic understanding of wrap-up programs (OCIP/CCIP) and construction insurance requirements.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for client and contractor interactions.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn agency management systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, risk management, or related field preferred.
- 0–2 years in insurance, construction risk management, or administrative roles (internship experience acceptable).
- Property & Casualty license may be required or obtained within designated timeframe.
