Position Overview
We are seeking a licensed, EMDR-trained therapist to step into a Clinical Director role within a growing practice.
This is a leadership position focused on supporting the growth and performance of the practice while maintaining a limited clinical caseload.
The Clinical Director is responsible for:
- Developing and maintaining professional relationships in the community
- Supporting a consistent flow of new client inquiries into the practice
- Ensuring high-quality clinical care across the team
To remain clinically engaged, the role includes a small, capped caseload, but the primary focus is leadership, outreach, and practice development.
Role Structure
- This is a director-level role with clinical involvement
- Caseload is intentionally limited to 10–12 active clients
- Caseload will not exceed 12 clients, ensuring focus on leadership responsibilities
- Outreach and relationship-building are a core function of the role

- Build and maintain professional relationships with:

- Maintaining ongoing communication and trust with referral sources
- Generating steady client inquiries over time through reputation and reliability
This results in a realistic range of:
- ~50 clients annually (conservative performance)
- ~75 clients (consistent performance)
- ~100 clients (high performance)
Ethical & Clinical Standards
All clinical decisions must be made independently and in the best interest of the client.

Requirements
- Active Florida license (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or Psychologist)
