What are the responsibilities and job description for the Baker Assistant/ Prep position at The Bakery?
This is a production bakery with cafe on site. This shift requires a 3am start time for aprox. an 8 hour shift. This is a Tuesday-Saturday schedule with Sundays & Mondays off.
We prepare croissants, pastries, muffins, sweets, quiche on a daily basis for whole sale accounts as well as the cafe along with Grinder rolls for a very popular deli
This position transitions half way through the shift to another establishment that we own, Roots Restaurant.
FINAL PAY arrangements are based upon skill set, past experience, efficiency & over all productivity combined with positive approach.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
