Baker’s Table is an award-winning, chef-driven tasting menu restaurant in Newport, Kentucky. We are known for our high standards, attention to detail, and commitment to craft.
We are currently hiring a Server to join our team immediately due to growth. This is an opportunity to step into a high-performance restaurant with clear expectations and growth potential.
What You’ll Do
- Employ high-touch service to ensure guests needs are exceeded
- Maintain standards of service while focussing on efficiency and excellence
- Manage a section of 6-7 tables while coordinating with support staff, kitchen, and beverage team.
- Collaborate with a tight-knit, performance-driven team of seasoned industry professionals

Compensation & Perks
- $4.00/hour for server role
- Excellent tips - Our average check is $125 per guest and we are booked to capacity on weekends
- Friday and Saturday shifts every week plus flexibility on Wednesdays and Thursdays desired.
- The Baker’s Table is closed Sunday-Tuesday so everyone gets a three day “weekend” off at least.
- Focus on quality of life for all staff
- Health Insurance available for full-time team members after 90 days with 50% of monthly premiums paid by Baker’s Table.

Requirements
- Fine dining/Tasting Menu experience preferred
- Strong food and beverage knowledge desired
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-standard environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Commitment to serving local seasonal foods cooked from scratch
