Hours: Flexible. We are open Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and soon - Sundays. Must be available at least 2 days. Preference to those with more availability.
Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front-of-House Closing Lead to oversee the final shift operations in our bustling evening bakery. This pivotal role ensures a smooth and efficient closing process, maintains high standards of customer service, and supports team members in delivering an exceptional dining experience. As a Front-of-House Closing Lead, you will be instrumental in managing daily operations, supervising staff, and ensuring food safety and cleanliness standards are upheld.
Duties
- Prepare and serve, to our bakery standards, our menu of hot and cold espresso drinks and other beverages.
- Provide excellenct customer service - answering questions, promptly prepare and serve drinks and bakery items, offer reccomendations.
- Upkeep our shop by cleaning tables, floors. Washing dishes. Polishing glassware and silverware.
- Uphold food safety and sanitation expectations.
Requirements
- Experience in coffee and/or food service, preferred
- Experience in managing shifts and
- Familiarity with Square POS; cash handling experience
- Experience fostering a positive work environment.
Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
