Assistant Manager - Restaurant

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Assistant General Manager to join our vibrant team. Duties

• Interview and hire all new employees
• Lead training and coaching of all new employees
• Bake cookies according to store procedures
• Mix cookies from scratch following company recipes
• Hosts special events and catering events
• Open and close the store, as needed, in accordance with store operations guidelines
• Operate oven according to operating procedures
• Take lead on delivery app order fulfillment and ensure all items ordered are prepared and packaged correctly.
• Inventory management and control
• Ensure Team Members are following all store policies and procedures
• Ensures the store and employees are compliant with all Health Regulations and Standards
• Monitor POS to ensure Team Members are entering correct items during customer checkout.
• Handle customer inquiries or complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
• Effectively manages all Team Members

Skills

• Proficiency with POS systems for efficient transaction processing
• Strong background in inventory control, food safety protocols, and food handling procedures
• Proven leadership skills with supervising experience in hospitality or restaurant management roles
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively and professionally
• Ability to manage shift schedules, oversee food production, and coordinate team efforts seamlessly
• Experience in training & development of staff to elevate service quality and operational efficiency
• Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a collaborative work culture

Pay: $35,000.00 - $46,000.00 per year
