Director of Social Services/Foster Care
YOUR JOB
As Director of a foster care agency, you will lead with a commitment to ensuring every child’s safety and well-being while upholding the highest standards of care. You will oversee and develop a high-performing team of professionals who support, train, and equip skilled and compassionate resource families to meet the unique needs of children in care. Through strong leadership and collaboration, you will ensure your team is empowered to deliver exceptional service, foster lasting relationships, and promote stability for children and youth. Working closely with a multidisciplinary network, you will drive the implementation of innovative, evidence-based treatment services that promote healing, resilience, and long-term success.

WHAT YOU BRING (Basic qualifications)
- Education: Bachelor’s in Social Work
- Experience: Experience working in the child welfare/foster care system
