What are the responsibilities and job description for the Line Server Lead position at The Bagel Project, LLC?
>This position is for an EXPERIENCED Line Lead to work Thursdays - Mondays from 7am-3pm at our Holladay location. The eperienced candidate will be willing to cover other line staff at random days of the week for vacation and sick days.
>Ensure all line staff are in compliant of all SOPs and must have leadership experience to engage in difficult conversations
Engage with customers with the highest level of customer experience.
>Ensure all line food preparation is complete for each selling day - delegate to line staff, if necessary
>Managing inventory, pars, waste and communicate with Ops Mgr and Head Chef
>Prepare customer orders by assembling sandwiches and bagging bagels.
>Taking customer orders using Point of Sales application.
>Comply with established sanitation standards, personal hygiene and health standards
>Correctly prepare, daily, identified foods for serving on the line
>Maintain quality control and Standard Operating Procedures across all line staff
>Keep work area and customer space neat and clean at all times
>Up-to-Date Food Handlers Certificate is a must
>Prior experience in a related food service position is a MUST
>Occasionally required to reach, lift, bend, kneel, stoop, climb, push and pull items weighing 50 pounds or less. The position requires manual dexterity; auditory and visual skills; and the ability to communicate written and oral instructions and procedures in English.
