Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Counter Help to join our team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service while assisting with food preparation and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. This is a morning position, with operating hours between 6am-2pm. We are looking to hire either part time or full time.
Duties
- Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately.
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards.
- Operate POS systems
- Manage cash handling and ensure accurate transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the counter area, adhering to food safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service during peak hours.
Skills
- Experience in food preparation and handling within a quick service or fast food restaurant setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations.
- Previous restaurant or café experience is a plus but not mandatory
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
