Title: SAP HCM ECC Payroll Configuration Consultant

Description:
- Evaluate current SAP HCM Payroll and Benefits setup, including wage types, schemas/PCRs, taxability, eligibility rules, and recordkeeper interfaces.
- Conduct SECURE 2.0 gap analysis mapped to customer plan design and SAP capabilities.
- Prioritize required configuration changes for January 1 compliance.
- Identify and apply relevant SAP Notes and support packages for U.S. Payroll/Benefits.
- Adjust Payroll schemas/PCRs for deferrals, auto-escalation, catch-up eligibility, and Roth taxation.
- Update wage type catalog and tax classifications (pretax vs. Roth; catch-up).
- Maintain Benefits eligibility and auto-enrollment rules; configure parameters for long-term part-time tracking.
- Enhance interfaces (file/API/SFTP) with recordkeepers for new/changed data fields and security updates.
- Implement HR/Payroll access control and outbound interface encryption/signing updates.
- Lead and execute unit, integration, parallel payroll, UAT, and recordkeeper certification testing.
- Support cutover planning, execution, go-live, and post-go-live hypercare activities.
Requirements:
- Hands-on SAP HCM Payroll configuration experience (ECC or S/4HANA).
- Strong expertise with U.S. Payroll schemas, PCRs, and wage type configuration.
- Experience with Benefits integration and Secure Act 2.0 compliance initiatives preferred.
- Familiarity with interfaces (SFTP/API), encryption, and security controls.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a remote environment.
