Baer is looking for SAP Defense and Security Subject Matter Expert for a 6 month Federal remote project.
Title: SAP Defense and Security Subject Matter Expert
Location: Remote and Kingstowne, VA
Duration: 6 months
Rate: Hourly Plus Expenses Reimbursed
Alignment: W2 or C2C
Description:
- Serve as the primary expert on SAP Defense and Security (D&S / DFPS) functionality and best practices.
- Lead or support SAP S/4HANA implementation activities, including solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure solutions align with defense and security requirements.
- Advise clients on leveraging SAP D&S capabilities to enhance mission readiness, logistics, and asset management operations.
- Participate in workshops, documentation, and knowledge transfer sessions to ensure successful solution adoption.
Requirements:
- Deep expertise in SAP Defense and Security (D&S or DFPS) Module.
- Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.
- Strong understanding of defense and security business processes and compliance requirements.
- U.S. Citizenship required.
- SAP Certification in Defense and Security Module.
- Experience with Government or DoD SAP implementations.
- Active Secret or Interim Clearance
- Additional experience with related SAP modules or integrated defense systems.
