We are seeking an energetic, motivated, and compassionate Exercise Therapist / Chiropractic Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about health, fitness, rehabilitation, sports performance, kinesiology, exercise science, physical therapy, chiropractic care, or athletic training.
Responsibilities
- Guide patients through individualized corrective exercise and rehabilitation programs
- Teach proper exercise techniques and monitor patient form
- Assist chiropractors with patient flow and treatment preparation
- Educate patients on home exercise programs and wellness recommendations
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment notes
- Prepare therapy areas and equipment
- Assist with therapeutic modalities and rehabilitation protocols
- Ensure a positive, professional patient experience
- Collaborate with providers to help patients achieve their health goals
Qualifications Preferred
- Bachelor's degree (or current enrollment) in:
- Exercise Science
- Kinesiology
- Athletic Training
- Physical Therapy
- Health Sciences
- Sports Medicine
- Related field
Experience
- Experience in fitness training, personal training, rehabilitation, athletic coaching, physical therapy, chiropractic, or healthcare is a plus
- Strong understanding of exercise mechanics and human movement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and engage patients
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
