Job Posting: Orderly (Operating Room– Bronx, NY)Schedule: Friday, Saturday, Sunday — 6AM to 4PM (30 hours in 3 days)Pay: $20 per hourWe are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Orderly to join our outpatient surgical team. This role supports operating room and recovery room staff by ensuring all clinical areas remain clean, safe, and fully stocked for ongoing procedures such as endoscopies and colonoscopies. Responsibilities:Maintain routine cleanliness of operating rooms, recovery rooms, and related clinical areasPerform between-case turnover: cleaning and preparing procedure rooms quickly and efficientlyFollow all infection control protocols and safety practicesProperly use and maintain housekeeping equipment and suppliesAssist nursing staff with lifting, moving, and transporting patientsRestock clinical supplies and help distribute clean linensClean spills and address accidents to ensure ongoing sanitary conditionsFollow proper procedures for handling infectious and non-infectious wasteSupport additional janitorial tasks as neededPerform other related duties as assigned Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalentPrior experience working in a healthcare facility preferredAbility to lift, move, and assist patients safelyStrong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environmentReliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a teamCompany DescriptionThe Bachrach Group (TBG) is a New York-based staffing and recruiting agency founded in 1974 by Richard Bachrach.
