The Baby Hive is seeking a dependable and experienced Nanny / Family Assistant to support a warm and welcoming household in Park City, UT. This full-time role involves caring for four children (ages 7 to 15) and assisting with household management alongside other professional staff. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a structured yet nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting home atmosphere
- Handle daily household tasks: dishes, laundry, tidying shared spaces
- Assist with pet care, including dog walking
- Coordinate appointments (medical, veterinary, etc.)
- Uphold household rules (e.g., no-shoe policy)
- Support children’s activities and provide occasional driving assistance
Qualifications
Minimum 5 - 7 years of professional nanny and housekeeping experience
- Excellent references and proven reliability
- Warm, kind, and professional demeanor
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to manage household tasks independently
- Respect for family privacy and discretion
- Comfortable with household scheduling and organization
- Willingness to work in a home with video monitoring for security
- Reliable, weather-appropriate vehicle
- Flexibility to travel with the family occasionally
