We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Cashier / Sales Associate. The primary responsibilities of this role are to drive sales numbers, perform product presentations, and maximize consumer sales engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Drive sales and implement and execute merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility.
- Collaborate with the buying team to develop effective product assortments and ensure proper inventory levels.
- Maintain strong relationships with clientele
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and make recommendations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to inform merchandising decisions.
- Train and educate staff on merchandising best practices and brand guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, including product placement, pricing, and signage.
Requirements:
