Are you an experienced logistics leader ready to make an impact? At INTEX Millwork Solutions, we’re looking for a results-driven Logistics Manager to lead our shipping, receiving, and transportation operations. This critical role ensures efficient logistics, cost-effective deliveries, and alignment with our supply chain strategy, all while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.

You will report directly to the Supply Chain Manager and will be based out of our facility in Mays Landing, NJ.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and develop the shipping, receiving, and driving teams.
• Oversee inbound/outbound logistics for timely and cost-efficient deliveries.
• Optimize transportation strategies, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
• Manage budgets, KPIs, and vendor relationships.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field (preferred).
• 5 years in logistics/supply chain management with leadership experience.
• Expertise in shipping, receiving, LTL tariffs, and customs processes.
• Proficiency in logistics software and ERP systems.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Compensation for roles at AZEK varies depending on a wide range of factors including but not limited to the specific work location, role, skill set and level of experience. The annual salary for this role in most locations is $79,000 to $96,000.
