Process Engineering Manager – Rail Manufacturing
Wilmington, OH | $125,500 – $154,500 bonus & benefits

What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Polymer, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering (MBA a plus)
- 10 years in process engineering, including 3 years in management
- Experience in polymer manufacturing (extrusion, molding, die design preferred)
- Strong mechanical aptitude with proven success improving production systems
- Leadership skills with a passion for continuous improvement and team growth
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

What You’ll Do
- Lead and mentor a team, guiding projects in root cause analysis, continuous improvement, and new product scale-up
- Improve equipment performance (feeders, extruders, downstream systems) to boost uptime and reduce scrap
- Oversee tooling development, design, and repairs while partnering with external suppliers
- Implement lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
- Monitor KPIs, analyze data, and make decisions that improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to introduce new technologies and processes
- Ensure safe, compliant, and innovative manufacturing practices
