Essential Functions Statement(s)
Education: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)Advanced education and/or related-certification(s), a plus
Experience: Experience in a similar position is a plus
Computer Skills: Computer skills to include: Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook
Certifications & Licenses: Will meet qualification and certification requirements established by TimberTech"s Training
Resources and Knowledge (TRAK) program
Completion of two year Maintenance Certification course
Stick and wire welding experience required with structural welding certification, a plus
Forklift experience required with the ability to complete TT Forklift Certification program
Other Requirements: Ability to show constant learning and improvement in working with and troubleshooting: Electrical, Electronic, Motor Controller Drives, Mechanical, Hydraulic and Pneumatic Systems; Strong background in manufacturing systems in dynamic fast-paced manufacturing environment, a plus; Working knowledge of extrusion process, twin screw setup, blending system a plus; Knowledge of PLC Logic technology, a plus; Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings or an approved plan to learn how to read and understand drawings; Strong decision making, analytical skills and proven ability to work cross-functionally; Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving abilities; Strong mathematical skills; Success in planning, executing and managing projects; Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate upward and downward to a wide range of audiences; Must be self-directed and motivated and able to multi-task in fast-paced, 24/7 manufacturing environment

- Ensures production lines and other equipment are maintained and able to run at all times
- Assists in developing and prioritizing work orders with Maintenance Manager, Production Supervision and Line Leads.
- Completes work order requests as defined by Maintenance Manager, Productions Management/Supervision, and/or Operators.
- Supports workplace organization programs (6S) and production efficiency programs (TPM).
- Assists, coaches, and trains operators in daily preventative maintenance (CIL) checks
- Supports and assists preventative maintenance process on the shift
- Contributes and assists in line commissioning after maintenance/process events
- Assists and participates with other plant projects as needed
- Operates in a manner that provides value to the team
- Performs additional duties as needed and/or assigned by supervision/management
