About:
Our commercial real estate firm specializes in shopping center management and development. We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Administrator to join our accounting department
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process daily bank deposits
- Prepare billings for rent, CAM charges, and other fees
- Generate reports to track and follow up on delinquent accounts
- Prepare rent increase letters
- Enter Tenant payment information into property management software
- Respond to tenant inquiries regarding billing and payment status
- General Administrative functions to include but not limited to answering phones, filing, copying, scanning, and mailings.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts receivable, billing, or bookkeeping
- Experience with commercial real estate accounting preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Experience with accounting software (Yardi, SKYLINE, or similar platforms)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
