This role leads the analysis and design of complex industrial structural systems while providing senior-level technical oversight and mentorship to mid-level engineers. The position manages multiple industrial structural projects, reviews all PE-level deliverables, collaborates closely with drafting staff using Revit, and supports occasional site visits or field troubleshooting. Responsibilities
- Lead analysis and design of complex industrial structural systems, platforms, supports, and equipment framing.
- Provide senior-level technical guidance and mentorship to mid-level engineers.
- Review calculations, drawings, design packages, and client deliverables with PE-level responsibility.
- Manage multiple consulting assignments across diverse industrial sectors.
- Coordinate closely with internal drafting staff and admin support utilizing Revit.
- Conduct occasional site visits, client walk-throughs, or field troubleshooting.
- Interface directly with clients, presenting solutions and building long-term relationships.
- Uphold company culture and core values as a senior member of the structural engineering team.
Qualifications
- Active Structural PE license
- 10 years structural engineering experience
- Strong background in industrial projects
- Ability to work independently and provide senior-level oversight
