The Opportunity
We are seeking a high‑impact, growth‑driven Vice President of Business Development to lead TAAG’s expansion across U.S. and international markets. This executive will oversee all origination channels — including our national Dealer Network and Broker Program — while building strategic partnerships that accelerate deployment of solar, battery, and VPP‑ready assets.

What You’ll Lead
1. Growth Strategy & Revenue Leadership
- Drive TAAG’s national and international business development strategy
- Build a scalable, data‑driven revenue engine
- Own forecasting, pipeline performance, and growth KPIs
2. Dealer Network Oversight
- Expand and manage TAAG’s multi‑state dealer ecosystem
- Implement training, compliance, and performance frameworks
- Ensure alignment with TAAG’s operational and financial standards
3. Broker Program Leadership
- Lead the national Broker Program, including onboarding and performance management
- Support brokers in sourcing high‑quality residential and commercial opportunities
- Maintain transparent communication and reporting across all channels
4. Strategic Partnerships
- Build relationships with EPCs, financiers, technology partners, and municipalities
- Negotiate agreements that support TAAG’s long‑term asset strategy
- Represent TAAG at industry events and investor‑facing engagements
5. Cross‑Functional Leadership
- Partner with Operations, Finance, Compliance, and Executive Leadership
- Provide market intelligence and strategic insights
- Lead internal BD planning, reviews, and execution cycles
6. Team Leadership
- Recruit and develop a high‑performing BD team

What You Bring
Required
- 5 years of leadership experience in business development, sales, or commercial strategy
