What You’ll Do
You will play a key role in keeping our operations and client experience running smoothly from pre-listing through closing. Responsibilities include:
- Preparing listing packets, including disclosures, maps, and pre-listing checklists
- Scheduling photographers, cleaners, and sign installations
- Managing MLS entries and updating marketing information
- Writing or refining property descriptions
- Keeping our project management board (Trello) updated and accurate
- Tracking transaction milestones such as inspections, appraisals, and title progress
- Communicating with title companies, agents, and vendors to keep transactions moving
- Managing disclosures, counteroffers, and repair documentation
- Sending regular status updates and reminders throughout each transaction
- Scheduling closings and preparing final walkthrough or closing packets
- Coordinating new-construction timelines, builder documentation, and monthly sales meetings
- Managing the agent’s calendar and confirming appointments
- Tracking important touchpoints such as birthdays, closings, and client gifts
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in real estate, operations, or administrative support preferred
- Clear and professional communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently
- Comfortable using Google Workspace, Trello, and learning new systems
- Able to work independently without needing frequent direction
- Calm, solutions-focused, and reliable under pressure
- Positive attitude and a willingness to support the team wherever needed
Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
