We’re looking for a friendly, professional, and experienced Host/Hostess to join our front-of-house team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you’ll set the tone for a warm and welcoming dining experience.
Requirements:
- Must be 18
- Prior experience in hosting or guest services required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while keeping a positive attitude
- Professional, polished appearance and demeanor
Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests with warmth and efficiency
- Manage reservations and waitlist with accuracy
- Coordinate with servers and managers to ensure smooth service flow
- Answer phones and assist with inquiries
- Maintain a clean and welcoming host stand and entryway
