Car Wash Associate – The Auto Laundry

Position Summary
As a Car Wash Associate, you will be the face of The Auto Laundry—providing exceptional customer service, ensuring every vehicle receives the best possible wash, and actively promoting our unlimited membership programs.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service Excellence
- Greet every customer with a positive, professional attitude
- Guide customers through wash options and help them choose the best service for their needs
- Ensure a smooth, safe, and welcoming experience from entry to exit
- Address customer questions and resolve concerns promptly
Delivering a Premium Wash Experience
- Prepare vehicles properly for entry into the wash tunnel
- Monitor wash operations to ensure consistent, high-quality results
- Maintain cleanliness of the site, tunnel, and vacuum areas
- Perform routine, daily equipment checks and report any issues immediately
Membership Sales & Upselling
- Educate customers on the value of unlimited wash memberships
- Confidently recommend upgrades and premium services
- Meet or exceed daily and monthly membership sales goals
- Create a positive sales experience without being pushy
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a customer-first mindset
- Sales-driven with the ability to confidently recommend services
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus (not required)
- Ready for a background check
