The Auto Clinic is seeking an experienced Lead Automotive Technician to join our team. This is a hands-on leadership role for a high-level technician who can diagnose, repair, and mentor.
Position

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of professional automotive experience or formal schooling with at least 2 years as an “A” level technician.
- Strong diagnostic skills including electrical, drivability, and engine performance.
- Ability to work on brakes, suspension, steering, HVAC, and general mechanical systems.
- Able to use modern scan tools, multimeters, and OEM-level diagnostic information.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Responsibilities
- Perform advanced diagnosis and repair on a wide range of vehicles.
- Diagnose and repair electrical and electronic issues, including wiring, modules, and sensors.
- Perform complete vehicle inspections and recommend needed repairs.
- Road test vehicles before and after repairs to verify concerns and quality of work.
- Assist and mentor other technicians and help maintain a professional, efficient shop.
- Document all findings and repairs clearly on repair orders.
