Job Description
The Autism Therapy Group (ATG) is seeking a highly organized and personable Lead Center Operations Lead to support the overall function of our center. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the efficient coordination of ABA therapy services, managing general clinic operations, and serving as a liaison between ATG and outside parties. You will play a key role in supporting our staff through administrative tasks, maintaining a positive environment, and ensuring smooth communication across departments.
Responsibilities
Team Support and Culture
- Supports staff through the onboarding process to ensure they consistently deliver quality services through a strong commitment to care. (C2C)
- Foster a positive, motivating work environment.
- Greet families and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
- Assist with client and new hire onboarding, as well as meeting and training preparations.
- Greet clients and visitors, answer calls, and maintain a clean, welcoming center.
Facility and Operations Management
- Responsible for the daily facilities operations and presentation.
- Organize, track, and order office supplies and equipment to maintain proper inventory.
- Coordinate and prepare meeting and training rooms.
Administrative Support
- Support clinical staff with materials and maintain office supply inventory.
- Perform additional tasks as needed by the Clinic Operations Manager and Center Coordinator.
- Answer phones professionally and direct calls as needed.
Scheduling
- Utilizes scheduling best practices to convert available hours into billed hours to ensure timely, efficient care for families. (R2C)
- Coordinate and manage staff and client schedules, including same-day changes.
- Use practice management software to track appointments, cancellations, and session data.
- Communicate scheduling information between clinical and administrative teams.
- Oversee session conversions to ensure service fulfillment.
- Implement best scheduling practices and assist with related reporting.
Qualifications:
- Overall friendly and inviting demeanor
- Love for kids and the Autism community
- Previous ABA experience preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work in a demanding and dynamic fast-paced environment with the flexibility to adjust to changing priorities and deadlines
- Detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills, including time management, and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- At least 1 year experience in scheduling or administrative roles, preferably in a healthcare or ABA therapy setting
- A High School diploma or equivalent
- Reliable Transportation
