Responsibilities include preparing and updating marketing materials, maintaining client files and databases, and handling routine administrative tasks such as documentation, data entry, and follow-up communication. The assistant serves as a first point of contact for clients, providing responsive customer service and timely information about properties and transactions. The role also involves collaborating with team members to ensure smooth workflows, accurate recordkeeping, and consistent, professional communication across all channels.
