What are the responsibilities and job description for the DMV Title Clerk/Dispatcher/Administrative Assistant position at The Auction Company?
The Auction Company - A construction equipment and vehicle auction is
seeking a Dispatcher and DMV title clerk
Position consists of:
-Processing used vehicle & out of state title transfers through the Department of Motor Vehicles
-Prior experience with DMV online registration processing systems like AVRS or VITU is a plus but is not required
-Working with customers and trucking companies to arrange hauling of heavy equipment to the auction yard.
-Keep records of Invoices from vendors and creating Purchase Orders for all hauling.-TAC takes pride in providing excellent Customer Service to our clients so it is imperative you have a great attitude & enjoy working with customers over the phone and in person
-Other clerical duties as needed.
-Job does require some weekend work & overtime. And work out at our Auction Yard location in Colton every other month.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed
