We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Executive Assistant to serve as a trusted partner to the CEO and Executive Team. This individual will manage executive operations, anticipate organizational needs, coordinate strategic initiatives, and ensure seamless execution of day-to-day business activities. The ideal candidate exercises exceptional judgment, maintains the highest level of confidentiality, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.



Key Responsibilitie

  • sServe as the primary liaison for the CEO, managing communications with internal and external stakeholders while representing the organization with professionalism and discretion
  • .Proactively anticipate executive needs by managing complex calendars, scheduling priorities, meeting logistics, and email communications
  • .Support a high-volume executive inbox by prioritizing communications, drafting responses, resolving scheduling conflicts, and ensuring timely follow-up
  • .Serve as a trusted advisor by maintaining awareness of organizational priorities and keeping the CEO informed of critical developments
  • .Lead and coordinate executive-level projects by preparing reports, presentations, meeting materials, correspondence, and confidential documents
  • .Partner collaboratively with Project Management, Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, and Operations to ensure organizational alignment
  • .Support business development initiatives by coordinating meetings, tracking strategic relationships, supervising consultants, and following through on executive action items
  • .Provide administrative support to the Executive Team, including meeting coordination, travel arrangements, expense reporting, timekeeping, and special events
  • .Oversee office operations, vendor relationships, technology resources, workflow improvements, and administrative systems
  • .Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes, streamline workflows, and implement solutions that enhance organizational effectiveness


.Required Qualification

  • sBachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • .Minimum 3 years of executive administrative experience supporting C-level executives preferred
  • .Exceptional organizational, project management, and time-management skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • .Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • .Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing priorities independently while meeting deadlines
  • .Advanced proficiency with Google Workspace, Asana (or other Project Management platform), Adobe Acrobat, and cloud-based collaboration platforms
  • .Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and building collaborative relationships

  • .Ability to respond calmly and effectively to changing priorities and time-sensitive situations

.Benefits:

  • Competitive pay with a position pay scale ranging from $52,000-60,000 with the opportunity for discretionary performance-based bonuses/incentives. Actual offers may be adjusted based on experience and performance
