The Atrium at Navesink Harbor is seeking a Chaplain to join our team!
The Atrium at Navesink Harbor is a Springpoint Senior Living community, located in Red Bank, NJ. We are seeking a part time Chaplain to provide spiritual care for residents, their families and the Springpoint community.
Responsibilities:
- Honor all faith traditions in our communities through a variety of worship experiences and celebrations
- Support individuals and communities during times of transition
- Offer and provide spiritual companionship
- Provide opportunities for continuing creative and spiritual exploration
- Visit residents who are hospitalized or temporarily residing in another community
- Availability off hours and on weekends as needed
- Adhere to guidelines of professional chaplains and clergy
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all resident, family, and staff associate information
Education and Experience:
- Master of Divinity (or equivalent)
- Ordination or acknowledgement by a governing board
- CPE (minimum of 1 quarter) or the equivalent
- Experience in long-term care chaplaincy
