What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part-Time Front Desk Assistant position at The Atrisco Companies?
Objective: To provide exceptional customer service, efficient administrative support, and a welcoming environment while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the office.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Answer the phone and direct all incoming calls for all 7 companies.
- Greet visitors and clients with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it remains tidy and organized.
- Book both conference rooms and print out schedules.
- Check the mailbox and distribute all mail to employees.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Take payments from clients and provide accurate receipts.
- Assist parents with registrations, ensuring the process is smooth and efficient.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Seeking information from all 7 companies and assuring it’s accurate and up to date to better help clients.
- Provide general administrative support to all 7 companies
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation.
- Help all companies with any small project they have.
- Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring the office is well-stocked and operational.
- Place a grocery order every other week and ensure items are put away.
- Coordinate office activities as needed.
- Support team members.
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday - Friday
Experience:
- Customer service experience - 1 year (preferred)
- Bilingual (Spanish) (preferred)
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
