Responsibilities:
• Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Assist with daily living activities, such as feeding, transferring, and ambulating patients
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the nursing staff
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Demonstrate a commitment to our organization's mission and values

Qualifications:
  • Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of New Jersey
