Overview
Responsible for identifying, implementing, maintaining, and supervising continuous improvement opportunities/events for all divisions of Atlas by performing the following duties.

- Maintains and continue to improve current improvement project metrics.
- Supports line walks, white boards, and other Lean initiatives.
- Implements continuous improvement projects as needed or requested by Division OR by VP of Qualty and Continuous Improvement.
- Maintains/Audits ongoing or completely continuous improvement projects.

Education/Experience:
Associate's degree (A. A. / A. S.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; and four to six years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Certificates and Licenses:
Six Sigma Green/Black Belt Preferred
