Our client is a specialist asset management firm with over $14 billion AUM, specialized in income-oriented credit investments in niche and inefficient markets.
As a rapidly growing firm of 140 employees in Greenwich, CT, they are seeking a full time Business Analyst (with a UI/UX and testing focus). This position will be based fully onsite in CT.

The ideal candidate has a passion for user experience and system quality. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow their skills in UI/UX design, data validation, and functional testing while working closely with business and technology teams.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements, with a focus on user needs and workflow efficiency
- Assist in designing wireframes, mockups, and simple prototypes to support intuitive and user-friendly interfaces
- Analyze existing systems and processes to identify opportunities for usability and functional improvements
- Support data validation efforts, including data comparison and reconciliation using automated tools and SQL
- Participate in functional testing, including system testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Help ensure system changes meet both functional requirements and data accuracy standards
- Utilize AI-enabled tools to enhance productivity, including:
- Note-taking tools for requirements gathering
- Automated data comparison tools for validation
- Automated testing platforms
- Wireframing tools for UI/UX design
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to track issues, support enhancements, and improve system performance
- Document test cases, test results, and process flows clearly and consistently
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field
- 3 years of experience in business analysis, testing, or a related role
- Exposure to UI/UX concepts and wireframing tools (e.g., Figma, Balsamiq, or similar)
- Basic to intermediate SQL skills for data validation and analysis strongly preferred
- Familiarity with software testing concepts and methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to learn quickly and work both independently and collaboratively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Salary : $100,000 - $160,000
