Salary Range: $220,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year

Annual Base Salary Commission Bonus Opportunities

Active Pennsylvania Life, Accident, and Health Insurance license.

Demonstrated success in building and managing high-performing sales teams.

In-depth understanding of life and health insurance products and market trends.

Proven track record of hitting sales targets and growing agency revenue.

Strong public speaking and presentation abilities.

Experience with agency management software and digital recruitment platforms.

Oversee and grow our regional sales operations while fostering a culture of excellence and mutual support.

Recruit, train, and mentor new insurance producers to ensure they have the tools to succeed.

Develop and execute strategic sales plans that expand our footprint in the Pottsville community.

Maintain strong relationships with carriers and stakeholders to advocate for our clients and agents.

Lead weekly team meetings to share best practices, celebrate wins, and tackle challenges together.

Monitor industry regulations to keep our team compliant and prepared for any changes in the landscape.
