Salary Range: $220,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year

Annual Base Salary Commission Bonus Opportunities

Valid PA Property & Casualty Producer License.

Strong background in underwriting or complex commercial insurance brokerage.

Proven track record of managing agency relationships and driving growth.

Deep knowledge of the Pennsylvania insurance landscape and regional carrier partnerships.

Proficiency in industry-standard agency management systems and digital rating tools.

Ability to lead and mentor junior underwriting staff.

Oversee the full lifecycle of commercial insurance programs from submission to binding.

Build and nurture long-term partnerships with independent agents across the Scranton region and beyond.

Evaluate incoming risk submissions with precision, ensuring quality and alignment with our carrier appetite.

Negotiate terms and pricing directly with carrier underwriters to secure the best possible outcomes for our partners.

Provide hands-on guidance to agents, helping them structure complex policies that win new business.

Monitor portfolio performance and identify trends to keep our agency offerings sharp and competitive.
