We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Gymnastics Coach to join our team. Duties
- Plan and implement engaging gymnastics training sessions for various skill levels.
- Teach fundamental gymnastics skills, including tumbling, balance beam, vaulting, and floor.
- Monitor participants' progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their skills.
- Ensure the safety of all participants by maintaining a safe training environment and adhering to safety protocols.
- Foster teamwork and sportsmanship among participants while encouraging personal growth.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns that may arise.
Skills
- Strong background in gymnastics or related sports coaching
- Experience in childcare or working with children in a health club or recreational setting is preferred.
- Ability to demonstrate gymnastics techniques effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with children, parents, and staff members.
- A positive attitude with the ability to motivate and inspire young athletes to achieve their goals.
