Assistant Management Position in Sneaker Retail with Growth Opportunities
Our Assistant Managers are driven, sociable, and knowledgeable individuals who consistently provide the VIP experience that keeps our customers coming back for more. You will take a hands-on approach to sharpening your management skills by working alongside the Store Manager to coach, lead, and demand excellence from your teams as you manage day-to-day operations of the store.

Assistant Managers are Responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to every visitor
- Ongoing training and development of staff
- Receiving, stocking, and merchandising product
- Handling cash/credit payments and returns/exchanges
- Performing all other duties as may be assigned
Qualifications, Skills, and Knowledge includes:
- GED or HS Diploma (2-4 year college degree a plus)
- At least 1 full year of retail management in customer-facing sales settings
- Flexible full-time schedule to include nights, weekends, and holidays
- An interpersonal skill set to bond with co-workers & engage with customers
- A strong work ethic that actively seeks & initiates meaningful changes
- Emergent leadership that motivates & inspires through leading by example
- Superior product and lifestyle knowledge to help identify customer needs
