This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lead Teacher in our Infant classroom, located in Chelsea, MI. This role will be responsible for overseeing classroom activities, maintaining a safe and nurturing environment, and monitoring the progress of each child. Daily tasks include engaging with students, facilitating learning through play, and collaborating with other educators and parents to support the overall development and well-being of each child.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum age of 19
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass a background check
Additionally, candidates must meet one of the following:
- At least 1 year of experience along with MiRegistry training
- 6 months of experience plus related coursework
- CDA, Montessori certification, Infant/Toddler credential, or an Associate degree or higher
Preferred Qualifications:
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

Physical Requirements:
- Able to lift up to 40 lbs
- Comfortable sitting, bending, and working at floor level

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
